Overview

This project uses the 3D Printer Control app to turn your Kode Dot into a wireless dashboard for your 3D printer. Connect via WiFi to your OctoPrint or Klipper instance and get real-time monitoring.

Setup

Requirements

  • Kode Dot with 3D Printer Control app installed
  • Maker Module for optional relay control (enclosure fan, LED lights)
  • 3D printer running OctoPrint or Klipper with Moonraker API
  • Same WiFi network

Configuration

  1. Install the 3D Printer Control app from the App Directory
  2. Connect to your WiFi network
  3. Enter your printer's IP address in the app settings
  4. The dashboard will auto-discover available printers via mDNS
